MCM oversees two production studios and three local channels. The main studio is located at the Veterans Memorial Building (Town Hall), 900 Main Street. The other studio is located in the Millis Middle/High School. MCM is governed by a board of directors who oversees the Executive Director and two part-time production coordinators.
Community programming airs on Comcast channel 6 and Verizon channel 38.

A community bulletin board airs on Comcast channel 9 and Verizon channel 39
